My mum slipped and fall while she was out to buy newspaper yesterday morning. She fractured her ankle and broke the bone. We called ambulance and was so fumed that the receptionist told us to wait for 30 mins for the ambulance to come! Isn't it too ridiculous? My mum might have to amputate the leg when the ambulance arrived! Eventually, they took about 20 mins to reached and quickly diagnosed and sent my mum to hospital. She was admitted to KTP hospital at Yishun and the doctors quickly arranged her for an operation at 5pm. I went there to visit her at about 7:30pm and she was still in the Operation Theatre. Fortunately, the nurses allowed me to visit her as she has finished the operation at about 8pm. Her leg was bandaged with metal rods to secure the joints and the operation was a success!:D Thank God! 

Today I went there again to visit mum. She was having fever, the doctor said that it was normal for patients to have fever after operations unless it lasts for more than 2-3 days then they have to look further into it. I bought her favorite *Dao Suan* for her and she does not have any appetite for it. Accompanied her till 6pm and my sister came after that.
